• Orders will be confirmed and executed only after the full payment, according to the actual value of the order.
• Incase of any suspicious, fraud, not authorized or irregular order, We reserve the right to decline the same without any obligation. 
  
• All prices of gifts are in US dollars. 
  
• Your credit card account will be charged in U.A.E. Dirhams.Our Standard Conversion rate is 1 USD = 3.7 AED. 
  
• No cancellations are allowed on the day of delivery. 
  
• Should any particular item be out of stock,We reserve the right to replace it with an item of equivalent or higher value. 
  
• We always do our  best to deliver at the specified time. We will not accept responsibility for late or non- delivery of flowers due to the circumstances such as incorrect telephone numbers / addresses or if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery. However we will make three attempts to contact the recipient and the delivery will not be constituted as bad delivery. 
  
• We will also strive to maintain anonymity for anonymous orders. However, in some cases it may become necessary to reveal the identity of the sender. We will not be held responsible for any outcomes this may cause. 
  
• We shall obtain an acknowledgement of delivery from the recipient of the gift and email all the particulars to the user, but cannot be responsible for a mis-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form or impersonates and takes delivery posing himself to be the correct person. We shall take due caution at the time of delivery to deliver the gift to the correct person at the address on the order form, but disclaims any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation. 
  
• All prices are inclusive of service charges, packaging and all other costs involved with the process of ordering and delivering. 
  
• All trademarks and products are owned by their respective companies and brand owners. 
  
• If We are unable to deliver the gifts ordered, within a stipulated time as per the delivery agreement, i.e. up to a maximum of 4 days (please note that owing to traffic conditions and delivery schedules, delivery may not always be possible in the time requested of less than 96 hours), the customer shall be entitled to a full refund. This means that the delivery of all gifts beyond the time and date chosen but up to 4 days will not be constituted as bad-delivery but thereafter will entitle the customer to a full refund. 
  
• Users will understand that the photographs of the products displayed are generic in nature and for representation purpose only. Therefore, in some cases the actual product (depending on the location/country) may differ in appearance when delivered. 
• All the products displayed are seasonal and may be subtituted for a product of same or higher value without any notification.
• Deliveries are not guaranteed on Weekends or Public Holidays (Gulf- Friday & Saturday , Outside Gulf- Saturday & Sunday). But the same delivery will be carried forward on the following working day.
• We will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery of gifts ordered in the following circumstances: 
  
• The recipient of the flowers and/or gifts is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery. 
  
• The address given is incorrect. 
  
• No valid telephone number for the recipient is given and/or the telephone number given is incorrect. 
  
• We will try our best to contact the customers. In the event that the recipient has been called away from home unexpectedly without the knowledge of the customer, or if there is any other reason for non-delivery We will not liable. In such circumstances, it will be at our discretion to arrange a refund or a credit for a future order.
